You may have seen the championship belts in professional wrestling or the trophies with the armchair quarterbacks. Those can be fun. The downside is that they tend to be awarded only after the season.

Fantasy Football Awards from the Cranky Commissioner
The Cranky Commissioner has launched a line of 35 different fantasy football award certificates. These awards can be handed out not only at the end of the season but many can be distributed throughout the fantasy football year.
Titles like “Pre-game Taunt,” “Asleep at the Wheel,” and “Biggest Loser” don’t require the conclusion of fantasy football play. Your Commish or other team owners can send these via text or email attachments. Or post them on Facebook or print them and award them in person. Cool!
Talk Some Smack
The fantasy football awards enable you to personalize them to the recipients. Details like the owner’s name, the team name, the date, and a few sentences of biting wit and heartfelt sentiment can be included in the black text fields. It’s easy to customize and a fun way to poke fun at a fellow fantasy owner.
There are more traditional awards like “League Champion”, “Game of the Week”, “Scoring Leader”, and “Best Team Name”. With over 35 fantasy football awards, you’re sure to find many that will work perfectly for the owners and situations in your league.
Based on fantasy football owners’ input, there are even a couple of functional certificates. The “Pay Up” certificate is for the commissioner trying to collect dues or fines. The “Let’s Make a Deal” certificate is for owners who want to propose trades.
“One of our favorite things about these certificates,” says designer Greg Johnson, “Is the way it carries the fun from draft day throughout the season. There is typically a lot of razzing and giving owners grief during the draft, and now, with these certificates, you can keep up that energy all season long.”
The complete set of Cranky Commissioner Fantasy Football Awards is available for $20. You can also purchase the awards individually for $5 each. The awards come as digital PDF files that can be customized. Upon purchase, you receive a link to download the PDF.
There are an estimated 41 million fantasy football players in the U.S. and Canada, according to the Fantasy Sports Trade Association (FSTA).
“Personalizing the message for each award is a lot of fun,” notes Johnson, “Here’s a fantasy football commissioner’s opportunity to tweak other owners stylishly.”
