How it works – The Customizable Certificates
When you purchase the customizable certificates, posters, t-shirt designs or oversized certificates, here’s how they work.
1. Upon purchasing certificates through the safe PayPal platform – where you can pay by PayPal or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) – you’ll instantly receive an email with a link. Please don’t delay, as the links expire in a short time. Click on the link and download the PDF file to your desktop.
2.) When you open the PDF(s) – use the latest version of Adobe Reader available for free – it will look something like this. The light blue shaded areas indicate live fields where you can customize info. As you’ll see in step 5, the light blue shaded areas do not print, but the content within it does.
3.) With your mouse, drag over the fields that you want to change. We’ll start by adding the coach’s name to the certificate.
4. Then, just type in the name.
5.) Complete the other fields in a similar manner, and then print it off. Presto – you’ll end up with a stylish certificate that the recipient will love.
It ain’t rocket science.

How the Oversized Certificates, Posters & T-shirt Designs Work
• Oversized Certificates: You can design your customizable certificate on your home or business computer and save it in PDF format. Call up your printer and let ’em know you’re emailing it to them. Work with your printer to obtain the size that you seek. It’s always a good practice to get an estimate in advance.
• Posters, T-Shirts and Oversized Certificate Designs – Upon purchase, you’ll receive a link to get your download. Don’t delay; go to the link and retrieve your download(s) right away. Work with your printer to obtain the scalable size that works for you. Your printer should be able to work with the artwork design provided to get to the size that you desire. Remember, it’s all about scalable size. For instance an 8.5″ x 11″ design can go to 17″ x 22″, 25 x 33″, etc., but can’t be scaled to a 24″ x 24″ square. The scalable designs that we offer provide you great flexibility.
