You’ll receive the over-sized certificate or check artwork as a digital download (not an actual printed piece)
When you purchase this artwork, you’ll receive a PDF file that will enable you to create the certificates in a variety of sizes to suit your needs. Just instruct your printer to scale to your desired size — the oversized certificates come sized at 8.5″ by 11″ and the presentation checks come sized at 48″ by 22″. Both can be scaled up and down.
So that means, you can create certificates that are:
- 8.5″ by 11″
- 11″ by 17″
- 17″ by 22″
- 25.5″ by 33″
- And bigger.
Checks can be created on a 48″ x 22″ scale, e.g. 24″ x 11″ or 72″ x 33″
Your printer should also be able to attach it to some inexpensive foam core for a little structure.

You may be able to print some of the smaller sizes on your organization’s regular printer. For the larger sizes, you can send the artwork via email to a local printer, e.g. FedEx Kinko’s with instructions on which size to scale to.
